Come enjoy St. Simon’s Island in this newly renovated beach house! Located a short walk to the beach, Pier Village and the King & Prince. Bring all of your toys as this house features a large two car garage complete with 50A EV charging outlet. Or stay in and enjoy a relaxing day by the heated pool (extra charge). Rinse off in the outdoor shower and cook a wonderful meal in the fully stocked kitchen and grill. No pets allowed

This beautifully (newly) renovated property boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an expansive two car garage, heated pool (usable year-round) and wonderfully open living space on the second floor. There is a large fully stocked kitchen, three level balcony with Weber gas grill, and top level bedroom suites. The master includes walk out balcony with king bed and private bath. There is also a private TV with smart connection access. There is a full guest room with queen bed and for all the kids there is a bunk room with full size lower bed, twin upper and twin trundle bed. For those needing even more space the living room sectional features a sleeper sofa. After enjoying one of the nicest beaches in South St Simons (less than 1/4 mile away) rinse off in the heated outdoor shower, then enjoy a dip in the heated and lighted pool. The quietness and serenity of this property is unmatched!

We provide chairs, a beach cart, towels and toys so you'll have room to do some shopping up town, which is less than a half mile walk. Enjoy a walk to dinner or ice cream, playground on the water (Neptune Park), all within walking distance. Take a tour of the famous St. Simons Light House. Keurig Coffee maker, also a coffee pot for larger groups, microwave, gas grill, all part of our fully stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a large TV as well as the open living room.

We loved our stay here! The accommodations were great and the location was wonderful and very convenient (~5 min walk to the beach, few minutes to pier area). Recommend especially if you have a group with kids. The pool was wonderful after a day on the beach! We hope to go back!
